Application Process

  • Submit your initial application (scroll below this part) at your convenience—no fixed deadlines! With rolling admission, we review applications as they arrive and provide decisions on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply early to secure your spot.

    1. WICS Application Form (found on this page> Application Form)

    2. Copy of passport and residence card, if applicable (student’s and guardians’)

    3. Copy of immunization record

    4. School records or recent report card

    5. Copy of private insurance (if your child is insured)

    6. Copy of your child’s Japanese health card (kenko hoken sho)

    7. Residence certificate (jumin hyo)

  • Our admission process includes an English and math test, followed by a personal interview to assess skills, knowledge, and potential.

    1. Admission decisions will be announced within 10 days. (Decisions are as follows: Acceptance, Require Further Testing, Waitlist, Denial)

    2. Tuition payment:
      Tuition must be paid within one week after admission is confirmed.
